Responsibilities In this role, you will provide in‑store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Travelling is a primary requirement – up to 50% of the time may involve travel and overnight stays.
Requirements
Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
18 years or older.
Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation to and from work location.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Interest in traveling within and outside your home state, including overnight hotel stays.
Motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results.
Capability to work independently while also contributing to team building.
Safety‑first mentality in a retail environment.
Benefits & Compensation Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $15.00/hr
Competitive wages; $15.50 per hour.
