Jersey Mike’s Subs has been making amazing subs since 1956 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
The Jersey Mike’s tradition was founded on a strong sense of community and commitment to the personal and professional development of our people.
We are looking for Crew Members to help serve the highest quality sub sandwiches to our customers in a caring and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high quality standards.
Maintain the restaurant to be noticeably cleaner than others.
Work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven atmosphere.
Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency.
Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
Fully understand the terms accountability and information.
Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent.
At least 1 year of QSR experience preferred.
Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler required.
Reliable transportation required.
Key Competencies
Excellent menu and product knowledge with an awesome personality.
Must be able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Desire to improve self and skill sets.
Able to communicate effectively with guests and possess an awesome personality.
Participate in all Jersey Mike’s training programs.
Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer.
