Thoroughly clean and maintain resident apartments and common areas
Provide a high level of customer service to all residents and guests
Report needed supplies to the appropriate designee and coordinate housekeeping services with other departments
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years of age)
One to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment (preferred)
Experience working with seniors or in a customer‑service‑focused environment helpful
Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
Physical Requirements This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 90 lbs), pushing/pulling, and other physical activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
