Location: Minneapolis, MN
Hourly rate: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Job Description Summary This role ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal, and provides support to service team members.
Essential Responsibilities
Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, pet droppings, and ensure common areas and amenities remain neat.
Remove trash and debris from vacant apartments before make‑ready, transfer to dumpster or storage, and maintain storage areas.
Complete assigned minor and routine service requests, and assist the make‑ready specialist during turnover.
Change locks per the property’s policy and ensure pool gates function according to codes and safety standards.
Distribute notices and communications to residents when necessary.
Notify supervisors of hazards or potentially dangerous situations affecting residents, team members, or guests.
Provide respectful customer service to residents, answering questions and responding sensitively to complaints.
Adhere to Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies by attending safety meetings, completing required OSHA training, and reporting accidents promptly.
Required Licenses or Certifications
Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.
Compensation Hourly rate: $15.00 – $17.00. Compensation may be increased based on experience, performance, and geographic location.
Additional Compensation
Corporate positions: Possible participation in quarterly or annual bonus programs based on performance.
On‑site property positions: Possible participation in weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonus programs.
