PAY TRANSPARENCY Base pay range: $20.00–$21.00 per hour (eligible for digital tips). Actual base pay may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. In addition to base pay, Chipotle offers a competitive benefits package. Visit Chipotle Benefits for more details.
