Assembly Test Technician II
Location:

Duration:
6 months assignment with possible conversion
Schedule:
2nd Shift 2:30 PM 11:00 PM (Training may occur on 1st or 3rd shift)
Note:
Enrollment and participation in the companys FAA Drug and Alcohol Program is required
Overview: Join the Commercial Aircraft Group as an Assembly Test Technician II, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of aircraft components. This position offers the opportunity for conversion to a permanent role after 6 months of successful contract work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly activities using mechanical and electronic measurement equipment, specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging, and torque mechanisms
Work from drawings, work instructions, parts lists, and provide written communication defining performance results and situational circumstances
Set up and perform operational tests of finished products on high precision test stands using hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment
Diagnose test failures and assess hardware condition to provide recommended rework instructions and configuration changes
Perform daily administrative responsibilities to support overall operations
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED preferred, or demonstrated ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions in English
At least 3 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with assembly and testing in a safety-sensitive environment
Familiarity with FAA regulations and safety protocols
