Job Summary Responsible for effectively managing an established sales territory, including selling, servicing, merchandising, administration, and accounts receivable tasks. The role provides comprehensive training to new personnel, preparing them to manage their own sales territory.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales objectives and execute territory‐management strategies.
Promote current and new products, implement promotions, and conduct in‑store tastings.
Service accounts and manage accounts receivable.
Deliver orders, rotate back stock, stock shelves, and display PO’s.
Maintain accurate daily and weekly logs of accounts visited.
Provide pictures of display, cold box, or shelf reset executions upon management request.
Communicate effectively with key decision makers to resolve ordering or shipping needs.
Meet agreed‑upon goals and objectives in a timely manner.
Qualifications
High School diploma required.
1 year of warehouse experience preferred; inventory control experience a plus.
Forklift certification is a benefit.
Ability to lift and carry 40+ pound cases.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and suitable insurance.
Flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, assertive, and able to work independently or within a team.
Proven track record of strong sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attendance is essential (regular, reliable, punctual). Must pass a criminal background check.
Pay & Hours Starting $15–$17 per hour (based on experience) plus $1.50 per hour on weekends.
Full‑time position.
