About the location A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222-room hotel all within a 125-acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance, the resort includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well‑being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18‑hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. About the Role The Bell Attendant assists guests with luggage during arrival and departure, makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, and transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.
Essential Functions What you will do
Delivers luggage to room upon check‑in, and offers in‑room orientation when Guest Relations team is unable to. Picks up luggage from room upon departure and moves luggage to storage or the Front Drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick‑ups.
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in‑house events, directions, etc.
Greets all guests passing through lobby and offers them assistance.
Handles all guest request during the overnight shift with shoe polishing, delivering newspaper, polishing bell carts, delivering items that guest needs, etc.
Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
Restock the RA closet during the overnight shift.
Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property.
Non-essential Functions
Provides a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room.
Assists guests at the Concierge and Front Desk.
Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Door, Guest Relations, and Valet Staff.
What You Bring
High school education or equivalent experience
Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
Experience in Guest Services preferred
