About the Role Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking an
In‑Room Dining Server
who delivers exceptional, personalized dining experiences within the privacy and comfort of our guests’ rooms. This role is essential in upholding Four Seasons service standards by combining food and beverage expertise, operational precision, and genuine hospitality.
What you will do
Deliver in‑room dining orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring food quality, presentation, and adherence to guest preferences and special requests.
Assist with the delivery of guest amenities, ensuring all items meet Four Seasons quality and presentation standards.
Engage guests with knowledgeable and vivid descriptions of menu items, including origin, flavor profiles, and preparation methods.
Anticipate guest needs, confirm satisfaction, and respond promptly and professionally to requests, concerns, and tray removal.
Replenish, inspect, and maintain guest room mini‑bars daily, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and usage reporting for billing purposes.
Break down, clean, and set up in‑room dining tables, side stations, flatware, dishware, and condiment setups according to standards.
Properly close guest checks, securing room numbers and signatures, and accurately handle voids or complimentary meals.
Utilize mobile technology devices and systems effectively to support service delivery and operational efficiency.
Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues and leadership while adhering to Four Seasons policies, work rules, and standards of conduct.
What you bring
Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including safe handling and presentation.
Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
