Job Expectations
Guide customers onto the conveyor using hand signals.
Take customer orders for Unlimited Memberships; sell them within 15‑30 seconds.
Learn Ducky’s Chevron Wash Core Values before your first shift; you will be compensated at the hourly rate for time spent, and a bonus will be paid per membership sold.
Learn Ducky’s Chevron Carwash Service Menu and Unlimited Scripts inside out (100 %) before your first shift; you will be compensated at the hourly rate for time spent on the premises to learn and test at 100 %.
Responsibilities
Maintain a positive attitude and interaction with employees and customers.
Clean and maintain car wash site and equipment.
Assist guests with questions on pricing, service, and awareness.
Guide customers into the car wash tunnel.
Sell additional services and Unlimited Memberships.
Maintain and stock chemicals and equipment.
Assist customers in processing transactions.
Maintain a safe environment on‑site while working with others.
Skills & Experience Required
Have a smile – being a Customer Service Advisor is all about making people, and their cars, smile.
Be a motivated and co‑operative teammate with confidence in work processes and goals.
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to listen attentively and communicate information clearly.
Be a detail‑oriented organizer who keeps the site clean and inviting.
Be resilient, consistent, and a go‑getter who sees every customer as a new opportunity.
Enjoy being active and engaged in doing something all the time.
Keep the site appearance and cleanliness (especially bathrooms) at a level that impresses customers.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism through dress, conduct, and customer interaction.
Retail and/or hospitality experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and in‑force liability insurance.

Selling
Educate every customer on the services that will best fit their needs by proactively explaining features and benefits.
Qualifications
Must be able to stand for periods of time while working at the kiosk or entrance of the car wash tunnel.
Job is outdoors and repetitive.
Must work weekends, holidays, and various hours.
Travel
Occasional work and travel between adjacent Chevron Stations Inc Express Wash locations.
Age Requirements
At least 18 years of age or older to work in California locations.
At least 21 years of age or older to work in Management positions.
Compensation Compensation Range: $18.75 – $18.75 per hour.
