If you desire to put your experience to work in a full‑service AAA Four Diamond resort setting while making an impact to the benefit of your team, ownership, and community, the perfect career opportunity awaits.
We are in search of an Assistant Golf Professional to join our Grand team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
Recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler, this award‑winning, all‑seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.

Experience Required
PGA Member or Apprentice preferred (or desire to start PGA Program)
Love of golf and desire to be in the industry
Golf Genius Knowledge a plus
Knowledge of the game of golf (including rules)
Strong customer service skills
Ability to communicate well with a team and guide others
Must have the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Will require standing for long periods of time.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Essential Responsibilities What will you be doing?
Maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe work environment.
Oversee all inside operations included but not limited to answering phone enquiries, ringing in group outings, selling merchandise, and assisting other shop staff.
Take tee time reservations and check in golfers.
Assist with clinics, camps and PGA Junior League Responsibilities.
Opportunity to give lessons to resort guests and non‑resort guests.
Stock locker room supplies, maintain cleanliness and issue lockers for guests.
Monitor golf course and weather conditions through GPS and DTN Weather computer.
Assist with daily golf operations as directed by Professional Staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
