Scope The Concrete Finisher will finish concrete surfaces to the required quality standards. The finisher must have a strong knowledge of concrete materials, tools, and finishing techniques. The finisher must also be able to work effectively in a team environment and be firmly committed to safety.
Duties
Finish and smooth concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
Apply sealants, coatings, and other materials to concrete surfaces.
Operate and maintain finishing equipment such as power trowels, edgers, and brooms.
Create decorative finishes on concrete surfaces using stamps, stencils, and other tools.
Monitor and maintain the quality of concrete work throughout the finishing process.
Work collaboratively with construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with loading and unloading of cargo as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of concrete materials, tools, and finishing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

The role involves standing and walking on uneven surfaces for extended periods, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
Must be able to perform tasks in various weather conditions, demonstrate good manual dexterity, and maintain excellent physical stamina to engage in strenuous labor regularly. This often includes lifting, pushing, and pulling large, awkward objects.
Working Environment
Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.
Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; and extreme heat.
Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration.
Noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
