Overview Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard‑working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. The program is 12 months long, comprised of field‑based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH. During the training you will work with a Sales Mentor, observe sales processes, and travel with customer service and installation teams. After training you will relocate to a territory, receive relocation assistance, and become a Sales Professional responsible for meeting monthly and annual quotas on Reynolds products and services.
Responsibilities
Attend classroom and field training over 12 months.
Support assigned Sales Mentor in observing and assisting sales calls.
Travel 80‑100% of the time during training and thereafter.
Relocate to an assigned territory and sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers.
Achieve designated monthly and annual sales quotas.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
Bachelor’s degree.
Good time‑management skills.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to travel (overnight) 80‑100% during training.
Willingness to relocate after successful completion of the training program.
