Position Overview We are growing again and looking for an amazing Customer Acquisition Specialist to identify and partner with new SiteOne customers. This person will connect our new customers to all of SiteOne’s capabilities and store personnel.
Responsibilities
Aggressively connect to and develop new SiteOne customers in the field within their designated market, competitor retail sites, job sites, or neutral sites frequented by customers
Love and leverage our Salesfoce CRM to propel you to success.
Partner with key vendors and branch managers to coordinate targeted weekly in branch events.
Work with Siteone team to develop effective marketing initiatives.
Escort potential customers to local SiteOne store to introduce potential customers to SiteOne capabilities and store personnel
Distribute and leverage current marketing programs and materials to the local customer base
Identify potential opportunities for Business Development Managers or Key Account Managers
Monitor new customer initial satisfaction with the store and encourage new customers to utilize SiteOne solutions
Leverage solution focused sales tools and processes to maximize growth with assigned accounts
Ensure that customers are aware of and fully utilizing all of SiteOne’s capabilities including SiteOne Universiity vendor support, and Partner’s Program
Report progress against opportunities to share verifiable outcomes
Maintain appropriate professional and technical knowledge
Facilitate effective hand off of customers to the Store or Business Development
Skills We Are Seeking
Bilingual
Eager to meet new people
Talk easily with new people
Love and possess good communication, organization, and time management skills
High school, secondary diploma or equivalent required
College degree preferred
