Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs for residents
Support residents’
spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs
on both a group and individual basis
Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities
Help create a positive, welcoming environment that promotes dignity and quality of life
What You Bring
NCCAP (National Certification Council for Activity Professionals) certification
preferred , not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compassionate, enthusiastic, and resident-focused approach
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Excellent attendance and reliability
