Job Summary The Express Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and light repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level position focuses on oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining dealership standards for quality and efficiency.
Family Friendly Atmosphere
7:30am - 5:00pm Mon - Fri
Rotating Wednesdays through 7pm (later start time in the am)
Rotating Saturdays (8:00am - 12:00pm)

Key Responsibilities
Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections.
Check and top off all vehicle fluids, including coolant, brake, transmission, and windshield washer fluids.
Inspect belts, hoses, and other components for wear and recommend necessary services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
Communicate findings and vehicle status to the Service Advisor and/or Shop Foreman.
Adhere to all safety and manufacturer procedures.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Prior automotive experience preferred, but not required.
Willingness to learn and pursue manufacturer training and certifications.
