Bilingual Spanish/English - Info Representative($22/hr)
This role offers the opportunity to work hybrid after a 3-week training period, with mandatory in-office presence for 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
As an Information and Referral Specialist, you will connect community members to health and human service resources based on their needs and location
Verifying and updating contact information in both Spanish and English
Provide accurate and timely information to enhance the efficiency of our operations and services
This position is ideal for individuals with call center and phone-based customer service experience who are passionate about supporting underrepresented populations. The most critical need is for bilingual call takers who speak both English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
Prior Call Center experience
Fluent in Spanish and English
Experience with data gathering techniques
Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, databases, and other software systems
Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills
Proficient typing skills
Strong writing skills
Works well within a team and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a hybrid work set-up
General knowledge of Health & Human Services
