We are looking for an experienced Property Preservation Crew or Field Technician to perform routine and emergency preservation services. This role includes lawn care, winterization, lock changes, trash‑outs, bid requests, and general property preservation work. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and familiar with preservation timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Perform lawn care and exterior maintenance. Complete lock changes, re‑keys, and board‑ups. Conduct winterization and de‑winterization services. Handle trash‑outs, debris removal, and property cleanups. Take clear before‑and‑after photos and submit job updates. Submit bid requests for repairs when required. Perform general property preservation and maintenance work. Ensure all work meets company guidelines and local code requirements. Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle. Qualifications
Experience in property preservation or field services. Knowledge of lawn care, lock changes, winterization, and trash‑outs. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor. Ability to complete ABC Check‑In when required. Knowledge of PPW (Property Preservation Work) systems is a plus, but not required. Pay & Benefits
