Entry-Level Event Assistant
to join our dynamic team. This role provides
hands-on experience
in
event coordination, brand promotions, and community engagement , working closely with experienced Event Coordinators to deliver
interactive, high-impact events .
This position is ideal for individuals interested in
event marketing, experiential promotions, and face-to-face customer interaction .
Key Responsibilities
Assist with
event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
to ensure smooth operations
Support
live events, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
Engage with attendees, answer questions, and provide
exceptional customer service
Distribute
promotional materials, product samples, and registration information
Monitor event traffic, gather feedback, and
report trends
to the event team
Work closely with Event Coordinators to ensure
positive guest experiences

Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic
Comfortable interacting with the public and delivering
excellent customer service
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in
fast-paced environments
