Position: Dedicated Local Driver
Location: Harrisonville, Missouri (64701)
Schedule: Night shifts, including weekends and holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Average Weekly Earnings: $1,100 - $1,300
Requirements
CDL holders (experienced and trainees considered)
Must live within 50 miles of zip code 64701 for daily home time
Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable with variable routes and reefer equipment
Job Responsibilities
Deliver to stores in Missouri and Kansas
Handle live unloads and drop‑and‑hook operations
Adapt to variable routes and potential wait times at unload points and for backhauls
No freight handling required
We Offer
Competitive pay based on experience:
0‑3 months: $0.49/mile
3‑9 months: $0.51/mile
9‑12 months: $0.52/mile
1‑1.5 years: $0.54/mile
1.5‑2 years: $0.55/mile
2‑3 years: $0.57/mile
3+ years: $0.60/mile
Special night shift (Thu‑Mon) with higher CPM (ask for details)
Performance and Safety Bonuses
Daily home time (if within 50 miles) or 34‑hour restarts
Flexible 5‑day work week options with set days off

Weekly mileage: 1,500 - 1,800 miles
Serving areas including Springfield, Kansas City, St. Joseph (MO), and Topeka (KS)
