Substitute / On-Call Pet Care Specialists
to step in when our regularly scheduled walkers and sitters are unavailable. This flexible, as‑needed role is perfect for someone with a
big heart for animals , a
reliable presence , and
availability on short notice .
What You’ll Do:
Provide dog walks and in-home pet visits as a fill‑in for other team members
Follow customized instructions to care for a variety of pets
Offer timely photo updates and notes through our mobile app
Work independently while representing ExecuPets with professionalism and warmth
Live in or frequently travel through Downtown Cleveland or surrounding areas (Ohio City, Tremont, Detroit‑Shoreway, etc.)
Have a flexible schedule and can work last‑minute, nights, or weekends
Be confident, reliable, and calm under pressure
Have experience with pets—especially dogs and cats
Communicate clearly and use a smartphone confidently
Pass a background check and have reliable transportation
Be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
