About Haven Landing
Haven Landing, operated under its parent company Pomelo Properties LLC, is seeking Certified Supported Living Coaches (SLCs) to provide community-based supports to adults with developmental disabilities served under the Florida APD iBudget Waiver.
Overview This is practical, relationship-driven work. Most of your time will be spent:
Coaching individuals on daily living and independence skills
Supporting community engagement and participation
Providing supervision, prompting, and skill reinforcement
Documenting services in accordance with APD waiver requirements
Services may include supported living, companion services, and respite care, based on authorization and training.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver supported living services aligned with APD waiver guidelines
Support individualized goals in home and community settings
Provide companion and respite support as authorized
Complete accurate, timely service documentation
Communicate progress, concerns, and incidents appropriately
Maintain professionalism and person-centered practices
Schedule and Flexibility In-person, community-based services
Full-time or part-time based on caseload and regional demand
Flexible scheduling aligned with client authorizations
Service Area Suncoast Region of Florida (Pasco, Hernando, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota Counties)
Required Qualifications
Certified Supported Living Coach through Florida APD
Eligible to work with Florida Medicaid / APD waiver services
Medicaid-cleared or able to complete required clearances within 30 days
Experience in supported living, DSP, life skills coaching, or similar roles
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED – REQUIRED
Strong communication and documentation skills
Compensation Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and scope
Client-based workload aligned with APD authorizations
