Responsibilities
Weekend Visitation Coordinator/Receptionist – Part time. Must work every Saturday & Sunday, noon to 4:00pm.
Must attend an 8–day Orientation (8:00am–4:00pm) without interruptions.
Works at Hill Crest Behavioral Health, a 194‑bed acute inpatient psychiatric facility in Birmingham, AL, providing mental health services for adolescents and adults.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Perform clinical assessments
Knowledge of all phases of telephone and telecommunication services
Ability to handle light typing and clerical duties
Knowledge of computer applications
Positive guest relations demeanor
Experience with general office procedures
Work with families and kids compliantly coordinating visitation procedures
