What You'll Be Doing
Operate and maintain equipment to support aggregate production
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
Assist with material handling and loading operations
Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards
Support plant operations through general labor and cleanup tasks
What Are We Looking For
Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
Strong commitment to teamwork and reliability
Capability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment
Willingness to perform physical tasks in varying conditions
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
