Responsibilities
Maintain excellence in the preparation and delivery of food orders
Ensure all products are prepared to specifications
Oversee daily kitchen operation
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain internal inspection standards
Perform weekly physical inventories and meet cost of sales goals
Receive, put away and rotate food deliveries
Conduct weekly safety meetings
Requirements Experience Required:
Minimum of 2+ years of proven supervisory experience in restaurants or hotels
Knowledge of FDA, USDA and local regulation regarding food practices and handling
Catering and event experience a plus
Ability to lead others to success.
Team player mentality with energetic and enthusiastic personality
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sense of urgency to report any kitchen-related issues to Chef/General Manager
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
ServSafe certified
