Dunkin' - Immediate Crew Member Needed

We are looking for Crew Members to join our Dunkin' team! As a Crew Member, you will prepare products to operational and quality standards, serve guests with enthusiasm, and work collaboratively to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Work well and interact with team members respectfully
Respond positively to coaching and feedback
Communicate effectively with team members
Provide excellent guest service and resolve guest issues
Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
Maintain a clean and neat work environment
Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
Handle POS transactions and payments accurately
Prepare and deliver products according to Brand standards
Skills and Qualifications
Fluent in English
Basic computer skills
Capable of counting money and making change
Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
