Base pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year.

We provide unique, individualized support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Join our team to make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve. Responsibilities
Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Assess and care for individuals in their residence. Ensure the health and safety of all individuals and promote their self‑esteem. Assist in employee development and site training of peers as requested. Assist individuals in learning appropriate self‑care techniques. Oversee the development, oversight, and maintenance of the wellness coordination plan under the direct supervision of the assigned RN. Support nursing care needs of the individuals served as directed by the appropriate RN. Administer and instruct on administration of medication. Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Indiana RN license. Acceptable background check. Auto insurance. Valid driver’s license that meets company insurance guidelines. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area. Desire to provide service and support to those in need. Ability to make sound judgments. Preferably experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Benefits
