Base pay range $18.00/hr – $25.00/hr
Position Summary Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Responsibilities
Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps, adhere to forklift spotting procedures, handle hazardous materials safely, and comply with Company steel standard guidelines; report unsafe situations to management.
Fulfill Member Fax & Pull and Click & Pull orders: review orders, pull items from shelves, scan items, wrap and palletize items, ensure order and invoice accuracy, secure items until members arrive, and follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change, learn from feedback.
Provide member service: acknowledge the member, identify needs, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues and concerns, and promote Company products.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans and the Open Door Policy.
Respect individuals: embrace diversity, build strong relationships, communicate positively, help develop and mentor others; recognize contributions and accomplishments.
Act with integrity: maintain highest standards of ethics and compliance, model Walmart values, hold accountability, support Walmart’s regenerative goals, and serve the best interests of associates, customers, and the community.
Serve customers and members: deliver results, put the customer first, make decisions based on reliable information, balance short‑ and long‑term priorities, consider impact on the team, and strive for excellence through curiosity, calculated risk‑taking, and continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00.
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
