Job Description As an Applebee's Server, you will be our guests’ first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guests. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!
Key Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to effectively communicate with others.
Committed to making an impact.
Physical ability: able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours, safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds, transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift.
Must speak clearly and listen attentively, wear protective hand coverings entire shift, work with disinfectant cleaning supplies, wear protective face coverings and/or masks, wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
