Responsibilities
Train, sell, and clean during each workout session.
Provide high‑energy personal attention and explain and demonstrate exercises to help members reach their goals.
Convert first free 9Round workouts into paid membership.
Maintain a clean gym environment by following the scheduled cleaning program.
Key Success Factors
Proficiency in sales.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to motivate members.
Professionalism and a warm, enthusiastic demeanor.
Physical fitness and commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
Experience with marketing campaigns (plus).
