Description
The Windsor Court seeks a Reservation Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle reservations in a friendly and efficient manner and quote available rates to maximize room revenue and average rates according to luxury standards. The Reservation Sales Agent will handle upwards of 75+ incoming calls per day and pursue sales opportunities to sustain the inbound sales program.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and inquiries with a dedication to customer service excellence
Quote available rates to maximize room revenue and average rate according to luxury standards
Pursue sales opportunities and capture business leads to sustain the inbound sales program
Demonstrate a solid understanding of our customers, our products, our competitors, and our industry
Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of all hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and potential guests
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Meet and exceed established sales goals and performance metrics
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle upwards of 75+ incoming calls per day
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
