Location: Various locations within your territory. Join Falcon Farms as a part‑time flower merchandiser and bring color and joy to our customers’ lives through beautiful floral arrangements. As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper. What We Offer
Pay: $18.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:00 am–12:00 pm; Saturday 7:00 am–10:00 am. Paid training to become an expert in flower handling. Mobile phone allowance to stay connected. Transportation expense reimbursement per route. Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full‑time employees. Responsibilities
Daily Commitment:
Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive. Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory. Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities. Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
Support During Festive Seasons:
During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
Department Resets:
Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
Teamwork:
Support teammates with special activities when needed. Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently. Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders. Walk and stand for most of the shift. Basic Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English. Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations. Internet access and a smartphone. Availability during peak season (November to May). How to Apply
