Overview
We’re looking for Auto Body Preppers with a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience to join us at Carvana – the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. As an Entry‑Level Auto Body Repair Technician you’ll
prep vehicles for paint , sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You’ll work in a high‑tech Inspection Center and receive a competitive wage, 401(k) match, and vehicle purchase discount.
Responsibilities
Prep vehicles for paint – sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.
Use state‑of‑the‑art tools and follow company procedures to ensure paint prep standards.
Support mandatory overtime when needed to meet customer commitments.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to work in fast‑paced environment and varied weather conditions.
Use of safety equipment: face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
Scheduling Optional: mandatory overtime may be required to meet business needs.
