Direct Care Aide

Direct Care Aide Lifesteps, Inc. is hiring Direct Care Aides in the Indiana, PA area. Lifesteps is a local human service agency with over 100 years of experience. We are looking for compassionate and caring staff to work with adults who have disabilities in a residential home setting.

Position Description Direct Care Aides assist adult individuals with daily living skills and home care, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care assistance, medication administration, and goal attainment.

Shifts & Hours Available shifts: Daylight 7 am–11 pm and Evening 3 pm–11 pm. Part‑time hours.

Requirements

18 years of age or older

Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance

Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required
