About The Role The In Room Dining Supervisor supervises the In Room Dining Department and acts as the manager on duty when an In Room Dining Manager or Assistant Manager is absent. Responsibilities include taking guest orders, setting up trays and deliveries, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s In‑Room Dining Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.

Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, and provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for 24‑hour in‑room dining and private bar services.

Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.

Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

Perform tasks outside the scope of the job description to ensure a positive guest experience as required by business levels.

Complete locally and federally required training classes or certification as required.

What You Bring Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control and accounting. Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.

Schedule & Hours

Full Time (early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays). Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
