Merchandisers at IAH are responsible for delivering the OTG guest experience. Duties include restocking, product rotation, maintaining a clean and organized store, creating visually appealing displays, and providing information to guests and crew. Understands, executes, and maintains merchandising strategies according to plan Restocks and substitutes stock as required Rotates product to ensure freshness, limit waste, and enhance product visibility Maintains cleanliness of the market, including wiping spills, cleaning shelves, sweeping floors, sanitizing displays Learns and maintains knowledge of market products, ingredients, and health indicators Shares product information with guests and crew as needed Maintains knowledge of airport terminals and restaurants to provide recommendations Maintains a clean, neat, well‑groomed appearance Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements
At least 18 years of age Fully conversational in English Must obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire Ability to read labels accurately Self‑motivated to restock as required Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to pull/push product cart Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch Must be available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather (flexible) Compensation : $15.25 per hour OTG Concessions Management, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates are proud to be an equal‑opportunity workplace and employer.
