Associate Account Executive

Base Pay Range $45,600.00 per year – $55,600.00 per year
Additional Compensation Types Annual Bonus and Commission
Responsibilities Associate Account Executives are enrolled in a comprehensive outside B2B Sales Training Program focused on learning a relationship‑driven, client‑focused approach to selling consulting and professional services.
Once training is complete, 80% of the time is spent in front of customer decision makers to build partnerships, create pipeline opportunities, and secure win‑win engagements with clients.
The role utilizes a solution‑based selling approach, a Relationship Lifecycle methodology, a structured sales playbook, and quantitative activity‑based goals. Here are the primary drivers for success:
Strategically identify opportunities and pursuits in 3‑5 designated target accounts
Build and sustain long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients within the assigned accounts through onsite client meetings, presentations, and outings such as ball games, dinners, golf, etc.
Consult with clients to create solutions that help drive change and successful projects within their organization that deliver positive outcomes
Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience of the targeted accounts
Present to C‑suite executives and champion solutions for their project roadmaps
Continue to meet and exceed target sales goals
Set personal and team goals through frequent sprint sessions with the manager and sales support team
All other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company and/or typical for the position
Training
Multi‑stage sales training begins with organizational, IT industry, and sales foundations
Sales Readiness program equips you with knowledge of the playbook, core competencies, and key selling skills
Role‑playing situational selling exercises and ride‑along with senior account executives
Establishing your client portfolio and fostering executive‑level relationships
In‑person training at the Headquarters provides knowledge application
Continued education as you ramp up in your sales career
Led by Brooksource’s President and top sales leaders
