Schedule & Flexibility We offer flexible shifts for all positions: two‑hour days, nine‑hour days, early morning or late night, 5‑hour weeks, 50‑hour weeks – we accommodate your needs.
Responsibilities
Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience
Help customers order McDonald’s meals
Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
Partner with other Crew members and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
Qualifications You are 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald’s.
All you need is an outstanding attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and the capability to excel in a fast‑paced, team environment. We will teach you the rest.
