This is a staffing sales role open to candidates with or without staffing & recruiting experience. It offers a career trajectory into a B2B Account Executive role after an initial 3‑month Recruitment training.
What You'll Do
Identify qualified candidates through job boards, networking groups, and other creative outlets.
Assess candidates via phone screening, virtual interviewing, skills testing, and reference checks.
Meet weekly quotas for phone screening, virtual interviewing, reference checks, and resume submissions.
Obtain and generate sales leads.
Participate in weekly progress meetings to review product knowledge.
Engage in sales role plays and progress meetings to enhance sales skills.
Shadow current account executives during meetings.
Cold‑call to set new meetings.
Build out a territory, identify prospects, and develop relationships with potential clients.
Effectively sell Medix staffing services.
Develop and execute a territory plan.
Negotiate client contracts.
Assist in developing and managing a team of recruiters.
Meet weekly quotas for reach-outs, cold calls, and meetings.
Serve as a point of contact for candidates and clients, resolving any arising issues.
What You'll Need
Comfortability working in a heavy outbound, phone‑based position.
Proven desire and ability to take initiative.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Interest in a results‑driven culture with visible KPIs.
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
Competitive mindset.
Evaluation
Maintain spread or profit by building a book of clients and placing talented candidates.
Meet weekly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs.
Complete quarterly role plays with leadership.
