As our Trailer Service Writer, you will examine trucks and trailers to assess damage comprehensively, estimate repair costs accurately, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the repair process. You’ll collaborate with technicians, review repair estimates with management, and prepare detailed repair orders to guarantee efficient and accurate repairs. By maintaining positive customer relationships, explaining repairs clearly, and ensuring regulatory compliance, you’ll directly impact our success and customer satisfaction.
Here’s What We Need From Our Trailer Service Writer
2+ years of experience with heavy‑duty tractor‑trailer repair
Strong knowledge of truck and trailer repair techniques and processes
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to accurately estimate repair costs and communicate them effectively to customers
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience with Fullbay, DMX, and SMS is preferred.
Salary: $100,000 per year.
