Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with team members, respecting and supporting each other, and actively participate in coaching and feedback sessions.

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.

Continuous Learning: Embrace training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, enabling personal and professional growth.

Flexibility: Maintain schedule flexibility to meet operational demands while providing reasonable accommodations where applicable.

Requirements:

Experience is great but not required for this entry‑level position; training is provided.

Basic computer skills.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time.

Positive attitude: friendly and approachable, honesty, integrity, guest‑oriented mindset.

Dependability: strong work ethic, punctuality, ability to fulfill commitments.

Team player: collaborates effectively, open to coaching and feedback.

Guest focus: develop and maintain positive guest relationships.

Adherence to Guidelines: follow Dunkin' Brands' safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Authorization: must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Language skills: fluent in English.
