Job Description Jersey Mike's Bandera Rd. is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and upholding our high standards of quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other menu items according to Jersey Mike's recipes and guidelines
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team setting
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
