Physical Standards:
Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for long periods up to four (4) hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business). Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively. Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face coverings through entire shift.
