Job Description
Support the functions of the nursing home establishment.
Deliver soiled linens to laundry, sort, wash, dry, fold and return clean linens to linen closets and resident rooms.
Consult with patients to discuss supplementary laundering-related services.
Ensure all textiles are well cared for and maintained, contributing to the presentation of the facility.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience preferred.
Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Capacity to lift up to 20 pounds unaided.
