Job Title Retail Merchandiser
Pay Range Base pay: $17.50 per hour ($17.50/hr – $17.50/hr). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience; talk with your recruiter to learn more. Mileage reimbursement for business use of your personal vehicle is also provided.

Schedule Tuesday‑Saturday; 6:30 AM – approximately 3:30 PM (and as needed).
Job Summary Assist the sales and delivery departments by servicing and merchandising retail accounts in the best professional manner possible. Responsibilities include:
Safely stocking and maintaining beverage products in customer accounts.
Ensuring beverage sections, racks, and displays are completely filled.
Keeping point‑of‑sale displays neat, clean, and current according to company standards.
Exhibiting a professional appearance and delivering outstanding customer service.
Physical Requirements
Regularly/constantly (66%+ of workday):
Walk, stand, lift, carry, lift one‑handed, reach knee to shoulder, lift/push/pull >20 lb, hear & see.
Frequently (34‑66% of workday):
Push, pull, reach below‑knee, reach above‑shoulder, handle, grasp, lift cases up to 46 lb, talk.
Occasionally (
Sit, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist of trunk, lift, push & pull up to 90 lb (pallet jack), finger & pinch.
Job Requirements
Minimum age 18 with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Good driving record with dependable transportation.
Excellent customer service & communication skills, professional appearance & demeanor.
Comfortable with basic math.
Must consent to pre‑employment inquiries and tests: criminal background, MVR check, physical assessment (job simulation), and drug tests.
