Challenge As the Account Manager, you are our client’s primary contact, responsible for managing and meeting client expectations while handling a high volume of projects for our clients’ vendors and creative agencies. From kickoff to quality output, with proactive communication, you will ensure projects flow through the Propelis production network and client systems seamlessly. Direct contact with client vendors and creative agencies will be part of the role. Tenacity in problem‑solving and a strong sense of urgency will enable exceptional service and build strong relationships with internal and external cross‑functional partners.

The current working environment is remote; the position could also be based out of our Brooklyn Park location if the candidate prefers.

What You’ll Do Manage Projects

Lead the day‑to‑day client engagement to ensure a positive company experience

Identify and define new projects

Track and manage the routing reviews for multiple vendors’ signage

Act as liaison between retailer, Propelis, creative agencies and vendors

Train vendors in the online routing tool

Ensure Quality

Know your client, their process and preferences to operate as the client’s brand guardian for consistency and continuity

Document all critical and pertinent information that may impact consistency

Ensure all order entries are complete and concise when delivered to production and client

Facilitate the approval process for vendor‑supplied signage

Lead Teamwork

Communicate client preferences to create consistency across the production network

Communicate areas requiring key decisions and at‑risk initiatives related to customer expectations

Lead the client pre‑pro meetings for low‑complexity projects

Understand the client, brands, internal processes, etc. and share knowledge with internal teams

Demonstrate an appetite to learn and develop, exhibiting an innate curiosity that influences others

Drive Results

Manage reporting and tracking for projects both internally and externally, such as client weekly status reports, item request reports

Participate in process improvement efforts and various production meetings to foster a positive creative impact on the business

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Equivalent of 3+ years of experience preferred

Previous experience in customer service and/or project management

Experience in the design, print, or production art industry preferred

Required Skills & Abilities

Full comprehension in reading work instructions and business memos

Ability to work independently

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong ability to build relationships with cross‑functional partners internally and externally

Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and general knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite

Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet and SharePoint

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear

Frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds

Vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $45,292 – $56,615 annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
