Qualifications
At least 2 years of proven experience as a Concrete Mason (required)
Valid driver’s license; CDL‑A a plus
Equipment operator experience a plus
Ability to read blueprints and survey data to mark out specific areas accurately
Strong understanding of construction principles, concrete mixing and pouring techniques, and familiarity with different concrete types and related materials
Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to concrete work
Proficiency with power trowels, straightedges, screeds, and other finishing tools
Skilled in smoothing, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and clients
Familiarity with hand tools used in masonry work
Healthy physical condition and stamina for manual labor
Keen eye for detail to achieve precise craftsmanship and meet quality standards
Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different project environments
Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism in all aspects of the job
