Overview We are looking for talented Plumbing Service & Projects Installation Technicians to join our team and deliver outstanding service to residential customers. Responsibilities
Diagnose plumbing emergencies and perform plumbing services efficiently and accurately.
Strong residential service experience and troubleshooting skills.
Water heater replacement and repair; fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, toilets).
Drain cleaning and competent use of conventional sewer machines.
Diagnose sewer/drain problems, provide cost estimates, and educate customers.
Unclog and clean sewers and drains using proper equipment and tools.
Protect company drain equipment and jetting equipment against abuse.
Collaborate with field technicians, warehouse, dispatch, and management.
Complete plumbing evaluation forms, time cards, inventory sheets, invoices, and work orders accurately.
Maintain the company truck clean and well‑kept.
Actively pursue development opportunities through training and coaching.
Perform routine maintenance on residential plumbing and build client relationships.
Educate clients on maintenance requirements and safety standards.
Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of plumbing preferred but not required.
Good attitude, willingness to learn, and analytical skills.
Leak location and repair experience is a plus.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Results‑driven in a high‑energy environment.
Ability to follow directions and work independently.
Comfortable working in hot, cold, or wet climates.
