How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Carpenter Foreman, you are the boots‑on‑the‑ground leadership driving project success. You’ll oversee daily construction activities while working hands‑on with a talented crew. From layout to finishing, you’ll ensure quality, safety, and efficiency every step of the way.

You Will

Lead and mentor carpenters while actively working alongside them

Interpret plans, drawings, and specs to build with accuracy and precision

Coordinate daily site needs with Field Operations, Shop, and Project Managers

Maintain professional communication with owners and project stakeholders

Complete layout, grade elevations, and material measurements

Uphold jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism

Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively

Promote a strong safety culture — investigate incidents and model safe behavior

Accurately track time, equipment, and work progress

Contribute to developing the next generation of skilled professionals

What You Bring

5+ years of commercial construction carpentry experience, including foreman‑level leadership

Strong blueprint and document reading skills

Proficiency in construction math and layout (algebra/geometry)

Solid understanding of materials, equipment, and construction methods

Excellent communication and team‑leadership skills

Valid driver’s license + ability to travel between job sites

Strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance
