Responsibilities
Detail-oriented and have working knowledge of residential construction
Must be proficient at blueprint reading (Lead Carpenters)
Work well with others
Reliable, able to complete tasks in a timely manner
Compensation and Benefits
Carpenters: $55,000 to $65,000; Lead Carpenters: $70,000 to $80,000 – commensurate with experience and abilities
Health Benefits – 100% paid health insurance for employee only; benefits also available for spouse and dependents at cost to employee
Paid Holidays – July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
Vacation – one week after 1 year, two weeks after 2 years
Retirement – Simple IRA plan with 3% company match
